At Ruby Ruby, we know that some children can be daunted by trying on shoes in a busy environment and would be much more comfortable on a 1-to-1 service with quietness, or reduced lighting etc. That’s why we also offer a ‘by appointment’ service where we are more than happy to help in any way we can.

Karen is the owner of Ruby Ruby and is the best boss ever! She saw the vision, created the opportunity, found the perfect property and the rest is history....
Elaine
Elaine works closely with Karen, supporting the business wherever it is needed; travelling all over during lockdown ensuring that endless pairs of children's feet were duly measured & fitted correctly, attending all the buying appointments up and down the country and ensuring we have enough team nights out to foster a fun and supportive work environment!
Mandy
Mandy has been on the journey with Karen & Elaine from the day Ruby Ruby opened its doors 8 years ago. She is an absolute key member of our team and with her knowledge & years of experience of fitting children's footwear, is just amazing! ALL children just love her.
Did you know - Mandy is a granny to 3 gorgeous girls and is scared of spiders 😂
Georgia
Georgia has worked with us for 5 years and will soon graduate from Heriot-Watt University. She has been ‘involved’ in the business from the beginning and has been an incredible support to us all, chauffeuring Elaine around for the Covid appointments, attending buying appointments and keeping us all sane during the mad times of Back to School.
Did you know - Georgia is Elaine's daughter and has 2 ponies called Bella & Spirit 😉
Ruby
Ruby joined us in June 2021 and will also soon graduate, from Glasgow University. She worked with us throughout our busy Back to School period last year and you will see her at weekends, ready to welcome all you with open arms. Ruby has 2 younger brothers, so has lots of experience of 'wee' people 😄

Erin
Erin is our newest addition and we were delighted to have found her last year. As a mother of a lively toddler, she appreciates only too well the challenges of finding expertly fitted childrens' shoes and is taking great pleasure in helping you all, as well as sharing how wonderful our Geox Spiderman trainers are, given her young son refuses to take his off 😁

Dakota
Dakota has 'grown up' in Ruby Ruby and I'm sure many of you will remember her as a puppy 6 years ago when she actually fitted in the Lelli Kelly chair! She just loves children of all ages and especially when they have just had something to eat and she can hunt the crumbs.
